Breaking the stigma
Men are often taught to suppress emotions, “man up,” and avoid vulnerability. Many men suffer in silence, leading to untreated anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
We can change this narrative by speaking up, checking in, and being the change.
During our sessions, I provide a safe, judgement free space. We will work to identify root causes, learn healthy coping strategies, and challenge detrimental masculinity norms.
